Ryuya Honten

Ruya Ramen is a ramen shop in the back alleys of the Kokusai-dori shopping street in Okinawa, serving black garlic, tonkotsu, and shoyu ramen along with gyoza. The signature black garlic ramen has a broth built on long-simmered onion and garlic sauce, with thin noodles and chashu. Food arrives about five minutes after ordering. The broth is salty and oily, and the portion of noodles is small.
