Ryuchin is a small ramen shop in Okinawa. The noodles in its miso, shio, and shoyu ramen are chewy or slightly firm, and the broth has a strong savory meat base. Besides ramen, it serves mazesoba and wonton noodles, and there is a long red dodge table. No sign is visible from the main street, so the narrow alley is hard to find.
