Ryukyu Ramen Apollo

Ryukyu Ramen Apollo is a shoyu ramen shop in Urasoe, Okinawa, with parking in front of and beside the building. Its main dishes are Shinkai, made with five blended soy sauces, and Kabocha, a lighter soy-based bowl topped with sous-vide pork collar, samgyeopsal (pork belly), and Yanbaru chicken chashu. The interior has counter, table, and tatami seating, and water is self-service. One person runs the shop, so turnover is slow and a wait follows each order.
