Ramen restaurant "MEN'YA WARAKU"

In the residential area of Miyagi in Urasoe, Okinawa, Men'ya Waraku serves Kyoto-style shoyu ramen. Its main dishes are chuka soba and meat chuka soba, which come with shoyu broth topped with back fat, kujo negi, and pork belly chashu. When the parking lot fills up, customers write their name and party size on the whiteboard inside the shop and wait in their cars. Because tables turn over quickly, customers can order without waiting long, though parking is limited and finding a space takes time.
