Ramen Mugimugi is a neighborhood ramen shop in the back alleys of Izumizaki behind Naha City Hall, serving ramen in a pork bone broth. The menu centers on tonkotsu ramen and also includes tonkotsu miso ramen, stir-fried bean sprout ramen, and black sesame tantanmen. During lunch hours, until 3 p.m., customers can choose one of extra noodles, a boiled egg, or rice. There are floor seats and a counter, and no dedicated parking lot, so a nearby coin parking lot must be used.
