Pizza Kissa Mimoza-no-ki

Pizza Kissa Mimoza-no-ki is a pizza cafe in Nanjo, in southern Okinawa. It bakes pizzas with a generous layer of cheese, vegetables grown on site, and pork, and bakes them crispier than standard pizza. From window seats on the upper level, diners look down over the sea and southern Okinawa. The pasta sometimes sells out.
