Kajinho serves mix and cheese pizzas in a traditional house on a hillside in Okinawa. The signature mix pizza tops a medium-thick dough with plenty of cheese and sweet corn. You write your name on a waiting list and enter when called, and a wait forms even 15 minutes before opening on weekdays. The restaurant does not take cards and accepts cash only.
