Pastaione Okinawa is an Italian restaurant in Kume, Naha, next to Fukushuen, that uses Okinawan ingredients in Italian dishes. It serves pastas such as seiika tagliatelle, squid ink tagliolini, and agu pork ragu, along with wine. A long counter faces an open kitchen where the cooking can be watched, and bottles can be chosen directly from a walk-in wine cellar. Prices are on the high side.
