Charusoba is an Okinawa soba restaurant in Asato, Naha, located inside Sakae-machi shopping street. It serves soba topped with pork trotters, samgyeopsal (pork belly), and soki, with smooth noodles in a cloudy white broth scented with katsuobushi dashi. Yushidofu soba and bone-in soki soba are available, and ordered food arrives quickly. Because it sits inside Sakae-machi shopping street, it is hard to find the first time.
