Tiidamuun is a restaurant in Okinawa that serves Okinawan dishes and monkfish and pork shabu-shabu, located near Kokusai Street and Makishi Public Market. The monkfish and pork shabu-shabu can be ordered as an individual pot and contains cabbage, carrot, tofu, bean sprouts, chives, and mozuku, finished with Okinawan soba. Tebichi stew, spam rice balls, and goya champuru are also on the menu, and the spam rice balls are sold for takeout. The entrance is hard to find because you have to go from Kokusai Street into a back alley.
