Hitokuchi Chuka Bar Neko Sarou is a Beijing cuisine restaurant on the second floor of Carnival in Makishi, Naha, Okinawa, serving dim sum and Chinese dishes. It offers xiaolongbao, steamed shrimp dumplings, and shumai in bite-sized portions, along with Chinese tea and tea highballs. Each dim sum item can be ordered individually in portions of one to four pieces, and the interior holds many cat-themed objects. Staff spend much of their time in the back, making it difficult to call for orders.
