Nakaya Shokudo is an old restaurant in Naha, set back from Kokusai-dori, serving Okinawa soba and set meals. Its soki soba has thick noodles in a light katsuobushi broth topped with soki, and the menu also includes local dishes such as goya champuru teishoku and fu champuru. Lunch service ends at 1 PM, and the tofu champuru teishoku arrives five to six minutes after ordering. Ordering a drink is required, which can be inconvenient for customers who only want a meal.
