Teppanyaki Matsuo serves teppanyaki steak courses on the first floor of the Southwest Grand Hotel in Kokusai Street. The chef grills the meat in front of you and adjusts the doneness to your request while serving the course dishes calmly. Reservations can be made on Google Maps, and parties of more than four people must book separately by email. The meal is upscale, so a family visit may be a burden.
