Marugame Seimen Ginowan

Marugame Seimen Ginowan is an udon shop in Ginowan, Okinawa, that makes its noodles in-house and serves them with tempura. Customers choose dishes such as zaru udon, inari sushi, and squid tempura, and also eat cold soba or curry udon alongside. At the entrance, customers first choose from the menu, then receive their noodles and tempura, and pay at the end. The shop has a large parking lot that can hold more than 20 cars and an open kitchen, and because ordering happens right at the entrance, customers unfamiliar with Japanese menus can find it confusing.
