Marugame Seimen Itoman is a Japanese udon shop in Itoman, Okinawa, serving Sanuki-style udon and tempura. The cold udon comes with a yuzu broth and chewy noodles, and toppings such as chicken karaage and eggplant are available. At the entrance, you choose your udon noodles, then add onigiri or tempura and pick up hot broth next to the register. The menu is written only in Japanese.
