Kuromon Tokunosuke is a sushi restaurant in a side street not far from Kokusai Street in Naha, serving Okinawan seafood dishes and sushi. Its signature six-course omakase comes out in sequence: sashimi, simmered dishes, fried dishes, and sushi. The restaurant opens at 6 PM, and reservations are made the day before or guests arrive at opening time. A female staff member helps with ordering using a translation device, and the male owner cooks alone, so food can take about an hour and a half to arrive.
