KOUCHAN RAMEN is a Hakata-style ramen shop in the middle of Kokusai Street in Okinawa, directly behind McDonald's. It serves tonkotsu ramen and spicy ramen, with minced garlic, chili powder, and ginger available to adjust the flavor, along with gyoza and Suntory Premium draft beer. Orders are placed at a kiosk on the right side of the entrance, which issues a ticket, and seasonings at the seat allow further adjustment. The ramen is on the salty side for Korean palates.
