Kaisen Ryukai

Kaisen Ryukai is an izakaya in the Yatai Village of Kokusai Street in Naha, Okinawa, serving sashimi and seafood dishes to accompany drinks. Its signature items are whole fried gurukun and kuruma prawn skewers, eaten whole. Indoor seating holds around six people, so space is tight for larger groups.
