Jirocho Sushi

Jirocho Sushi is a sushi restaurant in central Okinawa that serves aged hoe and sushi in a standalone building styled like a traditional Japanese house. The menu includes omakase sushi, sashimi, shrimp tempura, futomaki, and soba. The interior is divided into floor seating, a counter, and rooms, with a parking lot and a back entrance one block in from the main road. If you are not comfortable with Japanese, asking the names of the fish is difficult.
