Japanese Soba Mitsumaru

Japanese Soba Mitsumaru is a soba restaurant in Kume, Naha, Okinawa, serving Japanese-style tsuyu soba and udon. The tempura comes out crisp with a thin batter. A cook from the kitchen explains the menu in English. Around 1 PM the soba noodles run out and orders must be made with udon noodles.
