Ichigin is a Japanese restaurant in Naha that serves sushi and omakase courses. The omakase presents each type of fish one by one, with photo materials accompanying the sashimi and sushi. Walk-ins are often difficult, so reserving in advance is safer, and English service is available. The menu is only in Japanese.
