Hamaton Sushi

Hamaton is a neighborhood izakaya in Okinawa that serves sushi and hoe, with fried shrimp and udon also on the menu. A married couple runs the place, and the sushi comes with a large portion of rice while the hoe is served aged. The interval between dishes is long and the shop is small, so it does not suit family visits.
