Goya Tempuraya

Koya Tenpuraya is a takeout shop in the alley behind Makishi Public Market, selling Okinawan-style fried food and sata andagi. The selection includes fried fish, squid, mozuku, and vegetables, and the mozuku fry also contains shredded carrot. Food is fried in the back of the shop and displayed in a glass case, and it can be bought from early morning. The fry is moist rather than crisp, with a strong salty taste.
