Eitō Soba Kumojiten is a soba restaurant a five-minute walk from Kenchō-mae Station in Naha. It serves buckwheat noodles in bonito broth, hot or cold, along with egg yolk, wakame, and grated daikon soba. Many customers stop in before work to eat a quick bowl, and the shop is standing-room only. Tickets must be bought from a machine outside the door, which makes ordering difficult for first-time foreign visitors.
