Chanya

Chanyā Ramen is a ramen shop inside a commercial building near Kokusai Street in Naha, Okinawa. It serves Okinawan ramen along with miso, shio, and shoyu ramen, and its signature dish is the karai miso ramen, which is not spicy and carries a mix of garlic aroma and charred flavor. The gyoza comes out with a crisp exterior. Customers keep coming in late at night, and the entrance is inside a clothing store and further into the building, making it hard to find.
