Buuya

Buuya is a restaurant near Kokusai Street and Naha City Hall that serves various cuts of Agu pork and yakiniku. The pork is grilled over a traditional binchotan charcoal hearth. At lunch, the restaurant offers set meals instead of yakiniku, and Okinawan dishes such as soki soba and chanpuru can be ordered as well. Orders can be placed using a Chinese-language menu, and Agu pork stays crisp and free of gamey smell when grilled, even when the fat is thick.
