Bisen

Bisen is a restaurant near hotels in Okinawa that serves omakase sushi and soba sets. The sushi rice is cooked with squid ink, the soba is served warm, and the wasabi is grated fresh to order. At lunch the restaurant serves a tempura soba set, and at dinner it offers regular and special omakase courses. The courses are small in portion and on the higher end in price.
