Bakaru Okinawa is a fine-dining pizza restaurant in central Naha that bakes in a wood-fired oven. The menu centers on two pizzas, Margherita and Marinara, baked directly in the oven. Reservations are taken by phone only, and a thin Margherita takes about five minutes after ordering. At the bar seats, diners can watch the chef prepare the pizza, and a single pizza is small in portion.
