Ariccia

Ariccia is an Italian pizzeria in Okinawa, close to a beachside walking route. It serves Neapolitan-style wood-fired pizza, margherita, and bianca pasta. Cooking begins after ordering, so waits can run long depending on the time of day, and when the weather is good you can eat at outdoor tables facing the sea. The edges of the pizza are left charred.
