Akamichi Ramen

Akamichi Ramen is a ramen shop near Shurijo Castle in Naha, Okinawa, serving tonkotsu, miso, and shoyu ramen. The karamiso ramen and tonkotsu ramen come with a soft-boiled egg and chashu, and there are also gyoza and fried rice sets. Customers pay at a ticket machine at the entrance and place the ticket at the kitchen entrance, where one person handles the cooking. There is parking for about four cars next to the shop, and the broth is on the salty side with no option to adjust the seasoning.
