Agarie Soba Oroku

Agarie Soba is a noodle shop near Orokku Station and Naha Airport in Naha that serves Okinawa soba and dumplings. Its signature soba comes in a clear bonito stock with handmade chewy noodles and three cuts of pork. Customers crowd in at Sunday lunch, but turnover is fast and waits are short, and orders placed at the ticket vending machine bring food out in about ten minutes. Noodle thickness cannot be chosen.
