Uchina Cafe Bukubuku is a cafe in the Tsuboya pottery district of Naha, Okinawa, serving bukubuku tea, coffee, and brown sugar condensed milk zen zai bingsu. The bukubuku tea has a roasted flavor like scorched rice or barley tea with foam on top, and the brown sugar condensed milk zen zai bingsu is layered with red beans and rice cakes. Ordering coffee lets you pick your own Yachimun mug, and you can order from an English menu. When the cafe is crowded, the wait can run about 20 minutes.
