TOUCA BAKE SHOP is a bake shop near Shuri Castle and Shuri Castle Station in Okinawa that sells cakes and baked goods such as scones. It serves hand-drip coffee with blueberry scones, carrot cake, and pineapple cake. The baked goods mainly use Iejima whole wheat flour, Hokkaido flour, Kyushu butter, pasture-raised eggs, kibizu sugar, and Okinawan fruit and vegetables. The blueberry scone is not overly sweet, and the carrot cake has a clear cinnamon aroma.
