Swan

Swan is a Showa-style kissaten on the second floor inside the Heiwa-dori shopping street in Naha, Okinawa, serving spaghetti, curry, and coffee. Its signature katsukare places a crisp tonkatsu and rice in the bowl with the curry sauce brought separately in a pot. The shop has run for over 50 years, marked by dim lighting and a wooden staircase. One woman runs it alone, so food comes out slowly, and she turns customers away late in the day.
