Soytobio

Soytobio is a bakery in Tsuboya, Okinawa, that bakes bread and bagels with its own yeast. On bagel days it offers cinnamon, coffee, and black tea lemon bagels along with cream cheese-filled items, plus breads such as croque-monsieur and cream buns. Items can sell out after noon, and the baking times for yeast donuts are announced on Instagram. The shop space is small.
