Munakatado

Munakatado is a small organic neighborhood bakery in the forest of Okinawa. It bakes hard breads such as campagne and bagels in a wood-fired oven using its own natural starter, and also serves jambon beurre and panini. There are seats inside, and a swing hangs in the trees behind the shop. Without a rental car, it is difficult to reach.
