Kotori Yakigashiten

Kotori Yakigashiten is a baked-goods shop selling chiffon cake and cookies in an alley near Yogi Park in Okinawa. The plain, chocolate-banana and coffee chiffon cakes come out light and fluffy, and rosemary biscuits and cookies are also available. The shop is a sleek space connected to its workshop. It is open only on Thursdays and Fridays.
