Friandise

Friandise is a long-standing cake shop in Okinawa that sells French-style dessert breads, cakes, and baked goods. Its signature items are castella and an butter, and it also sells choux cream bread with a crisp shell and soft strawberry shortcake. In the eat-in space inside the shop, daily coffee and cake are brought to your seat, and you can have a message written on the cake. The long roll cake, over 30cm, is difficult to take home in a refrigerator or on foot.
