Akaiyane

Akaiyane is a small cafe near the Urasoe castle ruins in Okinawa. It serves pasta, sandwiches, and hamburgers, along with Okinawan zenzai topped with shaved ice and pumpkin cake. The owner runs it alone, so orders take time, and there is a slide and tricycles for children to play on. There is only outdoor terrace seating, so it is hot on warm days.
