Tamayose Shokudo is an izakaya in Makishi Carnival in Naha, Okinawa, serving beef broth and Okinawa soba. Its signature dish, ushijiru, contains beef and green papaya, and it also serves asa soba and a beef stew rice bowl. There is a counter suited to eating alone, and payment is cashless only. The accompanying chili condiment is very spicy, so only a small amount should be added.
