琉球ドリンクラボ【国際通り店】

Ryukyu Drink Lab is a small bar near Senbero Street, between Kokusai Street and Heiwa Street, that builds cocktails around coffee and awamori. It mixes Okinawan black sugar, lemon and herbs to order, and also serves coffee awamori, an evolved lemon sour and non-alcoholic drinks. The bar opens from daytime for coffee and alcohol, and uses cups by Okinawan artists and drinking vessels made by local craftsmen. Because the space is small, a reservation is required before visiting.
