Kumozaki

Kumozaki is an izakaya in Naha, Okinawa, that serves unagi don and unagi takikomi gohan. It also offers pork nanban and sashimi, and the unagi don can be finished with ochazuke. Cooking takes place in an open kitchen, and the unagi don can sell out before lunch, so arriving early is better. The handwritten menu is difficult to read.
