看板のないBAR 上原 Bar Uehara

Bar Uehara is a bar on the third floor of a building in Kokusai Street that serves whisky and cocktails. It offers Kahlua milk made with house-made coffee liqueur and seasonal fruit cocktails, and also makes drinks not on the menu to suit your taste. The owner selects whisky or brandy cocktails based on the flavour and drinking style you want. There is no signboard, so it is hard to find from outside on Kokusai Street.
