Yachimun no Sato

Yomitan Pottery Village in Yomitan, Okinawa is a small village lined with potters' workshops and shops. The shops make and sell cups, teacups, plates, chopstick rests and ornaments on site. You can park at the entrance lot and walk through the village, and many shops close around 5 p.m. Pottery prices are high, which makes buying pieces as souvenirs a burden.
