Prefectural Citizens Park

Kenhin Hiroba is a wide urban plaza near Kokusai Street, across from Ryubo Department Store. Most day bus tours depart from here, and northern bus tours also gather at this spot. It is also where Kokusai Street begins. When it rains, waiting for the bus here is inconvenient.
