Depot Island

Depot Island sits along the Chatan waterfront in Okinawa, where restaurants, cafes, accessory shops and clothing stores fill American-style buildings. Beachside spots serve meals and coffee, while shops toward the interior sell accessories and clothes. From around sunset, lights come on and the area stays open into the night for browsing. Visitor numbers are high, so evenings tend to be crowded.
