Amagoi Dake Observatory sits inside Sakiyama Park in the Shuri area and looks down over Naha city and Shuri Castle. During the day it offers views of the city and the right side and walls of Shuri Castle, and around sunset you can see planes from the airport and the sea lit by the setting sun. A public toilet is next to the observatory, and parking fits about four to five cars. The road up is dark, sloped and narrow, so drivers need to take care.
