Okinawa Zoo & Museum

Okinawa Kodomo no Kuni sits next to Okinawa Rycom Mall and runs both a zoo and the Wonder Museum children's museum as one family theme park. Lions, giraffes, elephants, hippos and chimpanzees are visible at close range, and visitors can feed elephants, guinea pigs and deer. Tickets are bought with cash, the carousel and train use separate tickets, and the Wonder Museum offers science activities and cupcake making. The grounds are large with many hills and stairs, which makes getting around with a stroller difficult.
