Bread Spot is a bakery near Taereung Entrance Station in Gongneung-dong, Seoul, that bakes hard breads such as baguette and ciabatta. It offers ang butter, fig sourdough, squid ink ciabatta, kouign-amann, canelé, and egg tart, and you can watch them being made behind the counter. Baguette comes out at 11 a.m., and there are about three tables inside for sitting down. Popular breads sell out in the afternoon, and fewer kinds remain if you go late.
