Ganggyeong Haemul Kalguksu

Ganggyeong Haemul Kalguksu is a noodle shop in Ganggyeong, Nonsan, serving seafood kalguksu. The clear broth holds oysters, mussels, clams and mideodeok, and the chewy noodles are close to udon. The shop occupies the second floor, so even on weekdays there is a wait of about 20 minutes, and lines form at peak times. The geotjeori is mixed with jeotgal and is fairly spicy and salty.
